Cancellation and Refund Policy

At BLING COCO, we strive to deliver high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel your order. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

1. Order Cancellation within 24 Hours:
   - If you request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and the order has not yet been shipped, you will be eligible for a 100% refund of the purchase price.
 
2. Order Cancellation after 24 Hours (Not Shipped):
   - If your order has not yet been shipped but 24 hours have passed since it was placed, you will be charged 50% of the purchase price. This charge accounts for the time, effort, and ingredients already invested in preparing your order.
 
3. Order Shipped:
   - Once your order has been shipped, no refunds will be issued, as our products are perishable and customized to your order.
